How many films do you think you've seen throughout your whole life??
Well, I’m very bad at math, so take this with a grain of salt. Let’s say that since the age of 18, I’ve seen 200 movies a year (extremely conservative). And in the previous 18 years, I saw maybe 500. I’m 24 now. So, let’s say 200 x 6 = 1200 + 500 = 1700. But I’d say that seems low and ballpark it total, in my life, around 3000-5000. Much, much more if you consider other visual media like television.
But I’ll never, ever get an accurate count because I’m so lazy I can never keep track.
It’s scary how much the internet wants to fuck him. I cannot remember a character for whom so many had a collective affection boner. Or, like, do we just want to hold him and feed him soup? HARRRRRRRRRRRROWWWWW
(EXTREMELY TARDY) THOUGHTS ON LAST WEEK'S BOARDWALK EMPIRE
Previouslies: Nucky and Eli play Cain and Abel—guess which one’s which!; Richard Harrow broke the internet’s heart; this fookin’, bomb-makin’ cheeky little leprechaun joined the cast; LOBSTERGATE’21 (NEVAH FORGET); The Commodore had a stroke (lol) and Gretchen Mol finally had a good episode; Lucy’s [still] pregnant with Van Alden’s bastard; Chalky has some identity issues; Jimmy’s making booze deals with Philadelphia Jews; Nucky plays a dangerous game of politics.
Boardwalk Empire, 2x05 “Gimcrack and Bunkum” (wri. Howard Korder, dir. Tim Van Patten)
Just in time for tonight’s new episode…lol, yeah sorry. Lateness, etc.
